解説
2003年4月19日のモントルー・ジャズ・フェスティバルでのライヴを収録したDVD/Blu-rayのCD盤。詳細については映像版のレビューを参照のこと。
収録曲は映像版と同じである。Disc2の8(Locomotive Breath / Protect and Survive / Cheerio)の曲名不足、そして残念ながら"Songs From The Wood / Too Old To Rock'n'Roll : Too Young To Die / Heavy Horses"のメドレーのカットも同様である。これがあればこのCDの価値も上がったのだが。さらに残念なのはMCが大幅にカットされていることで、Ian Andersonのブリティッシュジョークが楽しめない。そのため映像版を持っていれば特に必要のないアルバムといえるだろう。音自体も5.1chの方が迫力あるし。あるいは、Region等の制約でDVDが視聴できない人のためのアイテムか。
ま、音に集中したいマニアには楽しむポイントはある。例えば、このモントルーライヴでは9(Dot Com)がMasha（マーシャ）による女性コーラス入りで聴けるわけだが、LIVING WITH THE PASTのライヴバージョンと比べるとこの曲に女性コーラスが与える魅力というものが良く分かる。
